The idea is to utilize knowledge of RPM format (Lead, signature, headers and gzipped CPIO payload) in order to generate a diff file.

The resulting rpm does not have to have the same checksum as the original one, because we may eg. move data in the headers store and relevantly edit indexing, while keeping the same content.
